For sale now are 1958 Chicago Players Choice Box Top Plates.  These are not stickers.  Precision laser cuts, graphics, and coloring allow for an exact match. These coin plates are just shy of a 1/16th thicker.  Just take off the 4 screws that old the old one on and replace with new.  This plate has a extra hole at the top for a free play button added.  If you dont need the hole, just let me know.  We use these on our high end restorations of vintage big ball bowlers.
